Agilence Named as Finalist in 2018 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

12th annual awards will be presented on February 23 in Las Vegas

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ— January 24, 2018 – Agilence, Inc., the leader in cloud-based data analytics solutions designed to help retailers and restaurant operators optimize sales, enhance promotion performance, and improve profits, today announced that they are named a Finalist for the Customer Service Department of the Year category in the 12th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.

Agilence Hosts 4th Annual User Forum with Industry-Leading Retail and Restaurant Brands

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J., Oct. 5, 2017 -- Agilence, Inc., the leader in cloud-based data analytics for store operations and loss prevention, today announced the successful conclusion of their Fourth Annual 20/20 User Forum held in Nashville, TN.  At the 20/20 User Forum, attendees came together to network, share ideas, and influence the direction of the 20/20 Data Analytics platform.  Presentations were conducted by Rite Aid, Haggar Clothing, Pier 1 Imports, and members of the Agilence staff.

Agilence Earns Industry-Leading Net Promoter Score of 70

Today, we are announcing that we have earned an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70. Far exceeding the average NPS score of 58 for a software company, Agilence is committed to delivering a suite of SaaS-based solutions that put customers at the center of their product roadmap.

NPS is a customer loyalty metric which produces a number between -100 and +100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer's overall satisfaction with a company's product or service. NPS has been widely adopted with more than two thirds of Fortune 1000 companies using the metric. With a score of 70, Agilence ranks higher than most data analytics companies. For comparison, SAP has a score of 19 and Oracle has a score of 25.
