Loss Prevention What They Think We DoThink your job is difficult to explain? Tell a stranger you work in Loss Prevention and they will picture one of the six pictures above. Sadly, common folks picture poor mall security, family members see us as the first line of defense for clients, bosses see us as a slacker, and we think of ourselves as the best in the security business. On the contrary, we spend most of the day staring at data charts and monitoring security footage. It’s not as exciting as secret service, but we still get to use fancy software.
