Agilence Adds 32 Customers, Receives Multiple Industry Awards in 2016

Broad adoption of cloud-based data analytics solution drives robust sales and customer growth

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ, February 08, 2017 – Agilence, Inc., the leader in cloud based data analytics for store operations and loss prevention, today announced record growth driven by robust sales of its 20/20 Data Analytics™ platform, which includes the industry-specific 20/20 Retail™ and 20/20 F&B™ solutions for retailers and restaurant operators respectively.

2016 was marked by the second major release of 20/20 Retail, which saw extensive improvements to the user interface along with new functionality including an advanced query builder, prescriptive alerts, and opportunity-based dashboards.  Building on the success of 20/20 Retail, Agilence launched 20/20 F&B, which is designed to support the unique needs of restaurant operators.  The new offering from Agilence can provide data analytics for any type of restaurant environment, from quick-service chains (QSR) to fine dining table-service (TSR) and everything in between.

In October 2016, Agilence was cited in the Forrester Report Breakout Vendors: Industry-Specific Insights Service Providers.  Agilence was included among industry-specific insights solutions providers who were noted for their ability “to help firms within their market get actionable insights and tangible business value.”  Later in the year, Agilence was also named a “Best Retail Data Analytics Solution Provider” by the Softech Business Awards.

In 2016, the 20/20 platform of products was selected by 32 retail and restaurant banners including: Guitar Center, L’Oréal, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Hibbett Sports, Pier 1 Imports, Cracker Barrel, and Sears Holding Company among others.  Together, these organizations account for over 15,000 locations in the US, bringing the total number of locations 20/20 provides analytics for to over 35,000.
